Terms & Conditions

Guarantee / Disclaimer

Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your initial deposit of 50% reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Your deposit can only be transferred to a different date upon approval.

  2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated on the invoice, or the contract is null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes to size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be made.

  4. Wedding Cake delivery and setup fees are included in the total invoice.

  5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, as well as an optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.

  6. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves. On occasion, we may photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any resulting photographs for display or promotion purposes without compensation to you. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and to hold us harmless for any allergic reactions that may occur.

  7. Local delivery and set up is $50. Outside of the 10-mile radius, we can deliver and set up for a fee of $0.75 per mile round-trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for setup at the appointed time. Should we have to wait at the site for the event location to be opened, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes, which must be paid before the setup of your cake. I agree to the terms in this contract and agree that I am the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding this order.
